Meet the Founder
Rucha Gawas is the founder of Global C-Suite Atelier, private leadership and strategy house working with founders, CEOs and high-visibility professionals operating in global environments.
Her professional journey spans Milan, Paris, London, New York and India, with experience across luxury strategy, global brand environments and academic mentorship. She has worked with leading luxury houses including Gucci, Chanel, Burberry and Louis Vuitton.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA from Fordham University and a Master’s degree in Communications from Milan. Her work also includes mentoring and advising students and emerging professionals through engagements with institutions such as the Fashion Institute of Technology and FAD International Academy.
Through Global C-Suite Atelier, she brings together global perspective, strategic insight and mentorship to support individuals navigating leadership, influence and international career pathways.
